Hi, My name is Jay, I am the CEO and founder of Opulent Recruitment and Staffing!, I started my 7-figure staffing and recruiting firms out the comfort of my home 100% virtually and I can’t wait to teach you how I successfully made $1M in less than a year on successfully making placements.

My journey in recruiting began in April of 2021 when I enrolled into Maryville University for my bachelors degree in Human Resource Management throughout my journey as a HR college student I wanted to get my foot in the door as fast as I could so I studied day and night on how to land my first position as a staffing professional, Fast forward to March of 2022 I got offered a 6 figure technical recruiting position at one of the biggest Aerospace companies in the world. That feeling of being offered my first 6 figure position motivated me even more to help others feel exactly what I felt, and that's when HR From Scratch Academy was birthed. I created one of the most popular and fastest growing recruiting cohorts with over 560 students and over 100 successful HR job placements.
